For the cupcakes, mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and then stir the wet ingredients in. You will not need a beater for this purpose, your hands are enough. Fill muffin cups till they’re half full and bake them for 20 to 22 minutes at 375°F. Once ready, let them cool for a minimum of 10 minutes, and then pack them for your trip!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Granola bars

To make these chickpeas, first rinse your chickpeas and then place them on a baking sheet. You can cover them with olive oil and rock salt and place them to bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven. Keep stirring the chickpeas every 10 minutes or so and take them out when they acquire a golden color.
For the seasoning, use the following ingredients: salt, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, parsley, thyme, paprika, nutmeg, black pepper, and cornstarch. Use ½ tsp of all these ingredients which can vary depending on the quantity you use. You can then pack it in travel containers and you’re good to go!
